Self-love is not believing you are perfect. Self-acceptance is not deciding there is nothing left to change. It is choosing to love, honor, and value yourself as you are while giving yourself the freedom to continue becoming who you are meant to be.

Intuition & Inner Guidance
- What does intuition mean to me? How do I personally experience inner knowing?
- When have I known something without being able to logically explain how I knew it? What did that experience feel like?
- How does intuition communicate with me most often—through feelings, physical sensations, sudden knowing, images, dreams, ideas, synchronicities, or something else?
- Where in my body do I tend to feel a clear “yes”? What does a “no” feel like?
- When have I followed my intuition and later realized it was guiding me in the right direction?
- When have I ignored my intuition and later wished I had listened? What caused me to doubt what I was sensing?
- How often do I already know what feels right for me but seek other people's opinions because I don't trust my own answer?
- Whose opinions do I trust more than my own? Why have I given their voice greater authority than mine?
- What decisions am I currently overthinking even though part of me may already know what feels aligned?
- What happens when I stop asking, “What should I do?” and instead ask, “What feels true for me?”
- How does fear speak to me? How does intuition speak to me? What differences have I noticed between the two?
- Does fear feel urgent, repetitive, or demanding while my inner guidance feels quieter or clearer? What is true for my own experience?
- Where might a past wound, limiting belief, or fear be influencing what I am interpreting as intuition?
- When I feel strongly drawn toward or away from something, do I pause long enough to explore what is underneath that feeling?
- What external noise makes it hardest for me to hear myself—other people's opinions, social media, expectations, constant busyness, overthinking, or the need for certainty?
- When do I feel most connected to my inner guidance? What conditions help me hear myself more clearly?
- What truth have I been sensing within myself but avoiding because listening to it might require me to make a difficult change?
- Where am I waiting for a sign, confirmation, or permission outside myself for something I may already know within?
- What would change if I trusted myself more deeply?
- If I became completely still and stopped trying to figure everything out for a moment, what does the quieter part of me want me to know right now?
Truth to Remember
Intuition doesn't require you to abandon reason, discernment, or practical wisdom. It invites you to include another source of information: the deeper knowing within you.
The more you become still, observe your fears, question your conditioning, and turn down the noise around you, the easier it may become to recognize what genuinely feels aligned.
Sometimes the guidance you're searching for isn't another answer from outside yourself. It's learning to trust the voice within that you've been taught to doubt.
Presence & Mindfulness
- How present am I during an ordinary day? How much of my day do I spend lost in thought or operating on autopilot?
- Where does my mind spend the most time—the past, the future, or the present moment?
- What thoughts most often pull me away from what is happening right now?
- What activities do I regularly do on autopilot without really noticing what I am experiencing?
- What moments in my life tend to make me feel completely present? What is different about those moments?
- What do I notice around me right now that I hadn't noticed before I intentionally brought my attention to it?
- What sensations can I feel in my body right now without needing to change or interpret them?
- How often am I physically somewhere while mentally somewhere else? Where does my mind usually go?
- What am I frequently rushing through so I can get to the next thing? What might I be missing along the way?
- How often do I eat, walk, drive, shower, work, or have conversations while thinking about something completely different?
- When someone is speaking to me, am I fully listening, or am I thinking about what I want to say next?
- What happens when I give one person or activity my complete attention instead of dividing my attention between several things?
- How does constantly checking my phone, social media, email, or other distractions affect my ability to be present?
- What emotions or experiences do I tend to distract myself from rather than allowing myself to experience them?
- When an uncomfortable feeling arises, can I notice it without immediately judging it, resisting it, fixing it, or trying to escape it?
- What happens when I allow this moment to be exactly as it is instead of mentally arguing with how I think it should be?
- What am I currently waiting to happen before I allow myself to feel peaceful, happy, fulfilled, or complete?
- How often do I tell myself, consciously or unconsciously, “I'll be happy when...” ? What am I postponing until then?
- What is already here in this moment that I may be overlooking because my attention is focused on what is missing?
- If nothing about this moment needed to change before I could fully experience it, what would I notice?
- When I replay the past, what am I hoping to change, understand, or resolve? Can I recognize that the memory is occurring in my mind now?
- When I worry about the future, how much of what I am experiencing is actually happening right now, and how much is being created by thought?
- Can I notice my thoughts without becoming completely absorbed in them? What happens when I simply observe them and return my attention to the present?
- What does being present feel like in my body?
- If my life can only ever be experienced in the present moment, how might I choose to experience this moment differently?
