Voice Analysis Harmony
Discover the Frequencies Within Your Voice
Your voice is more than the words you speak.
Every time you speak, you create a unique combination of tones, pitches, frequencies, and harmonics. Voice Analysis Harmony provides a fascinating way to capture those frequencies and see your voice from an entirely different perspective.
Using specialized Voice Analysis Harmony software, your speaking voice is recorded and translated into a visual voiceprint, allowing us to identify frequencies that appear strong, weak, or underrepresented within your vocal spectrum.
The purpose isn't simply to analyze your voice.
It's to discover the frequencies within it—and use that information to create a more personalized approach to working with sound.
What is Voice Anayisis Harmony (VAH)?
Voice Analysis Harmony is a frequency-based assessment developed from the concept that the frequencies present in your speaking voice can provide information about your unique vibrational patterns.
We all naturally move through different musical pitches when we speak.
Voice Analysis Harmony captures those pitches and organizes them visually, allowing us to see how frequently the different notes appear within your voice.
Some frequencies may appear frequently.
Others may appear less often.
And some may barely appear at all.
This creates your individual voiceprint.
Rather than selecting frequencies for you based on a general sound healing protocol, your voice becomes the starting point.
Your voice becomes both the guide and the instrument.

What Can Your Voice Reveal?
Your voiceprint provides a visual representation of the frequencies present within your speaking voice.
The assessment looks for patterns such as:
- Frequencies that appear frequently
- Frequencies that appear less frequently
- Notes that may be underrepresented
- Areas where certain frequencies dominate
- Your overall vocal frequency pattern
Voice Analysis Harmony is based on the idea that our individual frequency patterns may be influenced by many aspects of our lives and experiences.
These may include stress, emotional experiences, our environment, hearing, habitual patterns, and other influences that shape the way we use and experience sound.
The assessment gives us another way to explore those patterns through the language of frequency.
Why Might Frequencies Become Imbalanced?
Our relationship with different frequencies can change throughout our lives.
Our Environment
We are constantly surrounded by sound—from voices and music to appliances, traffic, technology, and environmental noise.
Over time, we may become less responsive to sounds or frequencies that are constantly present or irritating.
Stress & Life Experiences
Periods of prolonged stress and significant life experiences may affect how we use our voice and how we express ourselves.
Emotional Experiences
Our emotions are often reflected in the voice.
Think about how differently someone sounds when they are joyful, grieving, frightened, angry, exhausted, or deeply relaxed.
Our emotional experiences can influence our tone, pitch, rhythm, volume, and expression.
Hearing & Listening
Voice Analysis Harmony also draws from concepts associated with the work of Alfred Tomatis, whose research explored relationships between hearing, listening, and vocal production.
The basic principle is simple:
What we hear can influence how we use our voice.
Your Voice Analysis Harmony Assessment
Your assessment is simple and non-invasive.
1. Record Your Voice
We begin by making three short recordings of your speaking voice. You simply speak naturally. There is no singing ability required and nothing you need to prepare.
2. Your Voice is Analyzed
I process your recordings using the Voice Analysis Harmony software, which analyzes the musical notes and frequencies present within your speaking voice and creates your personalized voiceprint.
The software identifies frequencies that appear higher or lower within your frequency landscape and, based on the Voice Analysis Harmony system's research and interpretive framework, provides potential physical and emotional associations connected with those patterns.
3. Receive Your Results
Once your analysis is complete, I will send you your personalized results along with the sound resources and recommendations associated with your voiceprint.
These may include:
- Your personalized frequency findings
- Audio downloads featuring the frequencies identified through your analysis
- Voice Analysis Harmony Remedy Suggestions
- Recommended colors to incorporate into your environment or wellness practice
- Guidance for listening and vocal toning
4. Work With Your Frequencies
You will be encouraged to listen to your personalized audio twice a day and tone along with the frequency by sustaining a comfortable vowel sound.
This gives you an opportunity to work intentionally with the frequencies identified through your voice analysis using both listening and your own voice.
5. Re-Test in Six Weeks
Because your frequency landscape can change, a follow-up Voice Analysis Harmony assessment is recommended after approximately six weeks of consistently working with your personalized frequencies.
Re-testing provides an opportunity to create a new voiceprint and observe how your frequency patterns may have changed over time.
